 Back Pain In today's world this pain is seen in all the age types because it can happen because of any reason. Pain can be at a particular place which is mostly caused by muscle tightness. The pain can also be generalized ie at a wider area this can be due to group of muscles being stressed, these kind of pain are known as Refered Pain. Some pain are due to nerve impingement, where the nerve is being irritated because of muscle tightness (therefore blocking the nerve) or due to any bony hindrance. Easy way to Examine - Patient is complaining pain in flexion Then, We will treat by extention regime. Patient is complaining pain while extention of the lower back..then immediately ask for the MRI investigation and if the disc is being protruded then forward the case to a good surgeon.   KNEE PAIN In nowadays this pain is seen in every other ordinary being . Mostly it is seen in Females more than males specially when they step towards post menopausal stage of their lives (ie after 45 years of their age). This is because a hormone named OESTROGEN it's production in overies stops and hence their bone densities also starts to get weakened.  And problems like OA , FRACTURES are common in females. Some precautions can be suggested to the patient-- 1) do not fold your legs and sit 2) do not walk bare foot 3) do not wear heel footwears. 4) do not pull something very heavy suddenly towards you.   Neck Pain   Pain in shoulder or neck is very common these days. This pain may vary person to person. If the plexus is involved then pain will definately radiate it to the whole limb. But whenever we have the pain in upper limb or upper part of the body then we should often examine the myotome. Neck pain can be cure by  ✓ Do ice or heat therapy depending on your condition whether its acute or chronic. ✓ Do self stretches of various muscles like traps, levator scapulae, suboccipital, rhomboids. ✓ Neck isometric exercises while doing various movements like flexion ,extension. ✓ Modify sleep posture. ✓ Gentle Massage.

  PLANTAR FASCIITIS Plantar fasciitis also known as Policeman's heel. One of the most common cause of pain in heel It is an inflammation of tissue or a ligament that connects heel to the foot. It is the inflammation occur ,when the tissue or fascia is overused or stretched. The inflammation usually occur on one foot . As the condition is mainly unilateral. Its rarely seen in both side.
